I did the elliptical for 30 min and then my C25K training for another 25 min. Pretty good. I've been doing really good! I am proud of myself. It has helped me a lot to have my goals set....especially my long term goal, because it's not just a week to week thing, I'm looking at more of the big picture. I really think that I can accomplish 20lbs by my goal date! I am excited. I am still going strong and plan to keep it up!!!
