I went to Zumba tonight.... (my second trip to the gym in one day)i just like it. I went to a different gym than I normally go to. It was a different instructor, and she was a little bit more cardio than movement of the hips...which was sill really fun!!
Day 3? 120 minutes cardio total!!
I have been doing great drinking all of my water and also not eating anything after my last meal of the night!! woot woot
