I'm Back!!

So I just re-motivated myself! I HAVE to do this. I switched gyms. I like the new one I will be going to. The bummer is that Mayli is going to have to get re- aquainted with the gym. She did good today. They called me after about an hour. I didn't get a chance to work out...just sign up and then take a tour of the place. It seems like it will be good!

I gained all of the weight I previously lost, back....plus 2 more pounds! Sheesh. I just really need to have better control over what I eat. It's like I pig out and ca't stop. I need to be more conscious and think it through better.

I want to start juicing again. I will be making healthier meals and have healthier snacks in the house so i don't just eat whatever is lying around.

I don't really know what else to say. I really want to lose 30 pounds in 3 months...I think it's totally reasonable. I just need to make sure I am dedicated!!!

Goals for this week:
No eating after 6:30pm
Drink lots of Water
Watch what I eat.
Make it to the gym everyday for at least an hour.

Starting weight: 202.2

Long term Goals:
Lose 45 lbs by august.
Lose 30 lbs in 3 months...June 28th

  1. YAY GIN! you can do it! i am so excited for you! i have some good resources if you need them. :) keep telling us. i have been a little de-motivated the last couple weeks. but this helps me re-motivate.
