On my way..

I have been eating good and going to the gym every day this week! Yesterday I had a body evaluation with a personal trainer.. It was a little bit discouraging to see how out of shape I am, but at the same time it was motivating to have a goal and something I can work towards. I am excited to reach my goals. I think of this as something Long Term...not just a quick thing to lose weight, but a lifestyle change.
