30 Day (dread) Shred!!

I am staring Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. Well, I actually already completed day 1! I am going on week 5 of consistently working out. I am proud of myself :) I took measurements today so hopefully I can see some great results by the end. Also, last week in my weight loss class I got weighed. I weigh.... 195!!! Yayayaya. Only 6 more pounds and I will be back in the 180's. Go me!

Measurements:

Neck: 13
Chest: (with sports bra) 41
Waist: 39.5
Hips: 47
R Arm: 12
L Arm: 11.5
R Thigh: 27
L Thigh: 27

Weekly Weigh In

Weighed myself this morning... 196.6...that's one more pound down wit ha total weight loss of 6 lbs :) Woohoo!!! I wish it were more, but I feel like that is pretty good. That's averaging 2 lbs a week, which is a really healthy goal! I am still very pumped and excited and will continue to do well.

This week's Goals:
Hit the gym everyday
Take "before" pictures
Lose 2 more lbs

Another week

I weighed myself yesterday and I was down 2 more lbs!! woot woot. This means down to 197. I CAN DO THIS! I am loving my team weight loss class:) It is fun, hard, but also keeps me accountable. I am excited to see where I will be in 12 weeks!! Then even after the 12 weeks are up, hopefully I will just keep going and going!

Colin said that If I can reach my goal of weight loss by August (that's the time frame we set) then I could go on a shopping spree! How fun. I have never been on a shopping spree, but It will be awesome to go shopping when clothes actually FIT! :) I think shopping loses its appeal when you don't feel like you look good in anything you try on. But soon that will no be the case! yay.

Official Weigh In

So I had my official weigh in tonight for my weight loss plan

and the number is..... 199lbs

That's down 3lbs since my appointment for my body assesment!! 3lbs in a week and a half!! Woot Woot!!

My next "official" weigh in will be in six weeks, however I will still continue to do my Monday morning weigh ins by myself.

So i decided that I would do the 12 week T.E.A.M weight loss program at the gym. I am actually so excited for it! We meet 3 times a week. I think it is something that will keep me motivated and accountable!

Yesterday and today I did AWESOME! Working out and eating...both. I weighed myself yesterday morning and I have lost 1 Pound! Brought me down to 201.2 Not bad not bad, but I would like to lose more in a week than just one pound. Then today I stepped on the scale just because and it was saying that I was down to 199.5, which would put me at a 3lb loss.... which means 2 more pounds since yesterday. Kind of sketchy. I won't take the "official" weight until next monday! For now, I am on a roll! Look at Skinny Ginny go! :)

Week 2

I am going on week two tomorrow! I am feeling good about this... I think it will be so good! This weekend I had a couple of desserts, but I still feel good about the way I did this past week. I am excited to start another week. Although I don't really think I lost anything this week, when I tried my jeans on they fit a little bit more comfortably...which is always a nice feeling. I wore a shirt with them that I wouldn't have generally worn with it bc of my mid-section being shown off, but I actually wore the shirt and felt good about it!

Last week I didn't get to work out 5 days at 60 min....I probably hit 75% of that goal. This week I intend to hit 100%! Week 2 here I come!

Oh...I also need to take some pictures, so at the end I have something to compare to! I am so excited...I am on my way :)
