C25K

I went to the gym this morning!! It felt good to go after knowing that last week I had seen such great results!! I did day one of the C25K program....This week I am supposed to do a brisk 5 minute walk, and then run 60 seconds, walk 90 seconds. For 20 Minutes. I dit it. I made it the whole 20 minutes. I felt like I was going to DIE by the end...I'm tellin ya, running doesn't come naturally for me. But I will do this one 3 times a week...Mon, Wed, Fri,....and since it wont give me the full 60 minutes workout I will follow up with some more cardio and then some weights. I think this is going to be a great week!
